Past and Present


The transition zone between the Oak Savannah and Desert-Steppe country is a favorite.

Vistas open as far as the eye can see.

Redtail hawks riding the thermals.

Elk working hard for a meal.

Soon the southern-facing ridges will be covered in green.

Life is beginning again.
