Conboy Lake NWR
On a cloudy day I took a drive near Glenwood WA. Nearby is Conboy Lake National Wildlife Refuge.
As I stretched my legs, I spotted a Sandhill Crane on the hunt in a field. I never did see it catch anything, but it was fun to watch.

I couldn’t help but think of Sissy Hankshaw and Sandhill Cranes dancing. Yes, Even Cowgirls get the Blues.
