Early Signs of Winter in Northwest Oregon

Early December in the Pacific Northwest is always an interesting and vibrant time. Fishermen are awaiting winter steelhead to reach the upper tributaries of local rivers. Deer wander the urban landscape. The leaves of hardwoods have fallen to the forest floor.
