Rain storm after rain storm moving through the Portland area. I felt like I should be growing webs between my toes.
For a change of pace I drove to the east side of the Columbia River Gorge near Mosier.
The Oak-Savannah habitat in the Memaloose Hills was my destination. My aspirations were to stay dry, hike a few miles and possibly photograph some blacktail deer.
The good news was the spotting of a few deer. The bad news was the heavy fog, freezing rain and slippery footing.
None the less, it made for a nice outing.
great photos once again!!
Thanks. It was a foggy, cold day – – – a tough day to get decent photos.
