A Blanket of Fresh Snow on Mt. Adams


One of the golden rules of photography is to follow the light.

It is just as important to follow the season.

If the golden autumn leaves had still been on the aspens, the following photo of Mt. Adams with fresh snow would have been a delight.

Sad to say that the leaves had all fallen by late December.
