In November the transition to winter has begun. Leaves are falling by the bucketful from hardwood trees. And, there are still a few scary ghosts and other Halloween displays to be spotted.
The little gullies on the sides of canyons now have some running water due to the increasing rainfall. And time after time, I hear the raucous sounds of geese flying south.
It’s a little sad in some ways. Winter is not far away.
